Premier Agent (Life Insurance)

About the role

The Premier Agent position is a hybrid role based in Phnom Penh, combining office work with remote activities. You will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, explaining Prudential’s life insurance products, and recommending solutions that match their financial goals and protection needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and approach potential clients through various channels.
• Conduct needs assessments and prepare tailored insurance proposals.
• Guide customers through onboarding, policy issuance, and claim processes.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing policyholders, providing ongoing support and policy reviews.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and outreach events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Effective communication skills in Khmer; English or additional languages are a plus.
• Basic financial literacy and interest in life‑insurance products.
• Good organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• High integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to treating customers fairly.
• Secondary education completed; further studies in business or finance are advantageous.
