Operations Specialist

About the role

The Operations Specialist will manage inventory records, oversee service expense approvals, and support office administration. This role also ensures customer service standards are met and collaborates on business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate spare parts/unit inventory records and usage tracking.
• Review and approve service expenses, entering them into internal systems.
• Handle office administration tasks such as file maintenance, organization, and meeting planning.
• Oversee customer service activities, identify optimization opportunities, and support team performance.
• Maintain the internal GSP system, including work order input and customer satisfaction inquiries.
• Monitor and track complex technical issues, collaborating with internal teams for improvements.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of relevant products and services.
• Collaborate with management, sales, and customers to support business development.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of operations experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin verbal proficiency is a plus.
• Strong multitasking, problem‑solving, and deadline‑management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with internal inventory and GSP systems (as used by the company).
