Interior Site Manager

About the role

Lead and manage interior fit‑out site execution, ensuring all interior works meet approved designs, quality standards, schedules and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure interior fit‑out progress aligns with the project schedule.
• Maintain high installation quality and minimise rework or defects.
• Complete punch‑list items and handover on time.
• Guarantee compliance with approved drawings, material specifications and shop drawings.
• Control material handling, protect assets and reduce wastage on site.
• Drive site team productivity, coordination, discipline and safety.
• Achieve client and internal stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in interior fit‑out construction and furniture installation.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior and technical drawings.
• Strong site coordination, quality‑control, reporting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capacity to work on‑site under pressure to meet deadlines.
