Project Supervisor – Construction Projects

About the role
Lead and manage construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from commencement to handover.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, resources and execution plans.
- Monitor progress, cost, quality and timeline, taking corrective action when needed.
- Manage risks, issues, variations and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status reports to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction/project management, preferably full‑cycle projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, cost control and contract management.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with project management or construction software.
