Site Interior Fit-Out Manager

About the role

The Site Interior Fit-Out Manager will lead interior fit‑out projects for KH LAND CO., LTD from planning through completion. Working remotely, you will coordinate design intent, manage schedules, and ensure high‑quality, safe delivery of interior works across multiple developments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee interior fit‑out works from planning to handover, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate design intent with architects and engineers, review drawings and specifications, and approve materials and finishes.
• Prepare work schedules, manage contractors and suppliers, and supervise site activities remotely.
• Monitor progress reports, resolve technical issues, and control budgets, variations, and procurement.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders, implement quality‑assurance measures, and maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in interior fit‑out for residential, commercial or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Experience with remote site inspection, quality control and adherence to health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Competence in budget management, cost control, handling project variations and procurement.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and proficiency with digital collaboration tools for remote oversight.
