Site Interior Manager

About the role

The Site Interior Manager leads and oversees interior fit‑out execution on construction sites, ensuring all works follow approved designs, quality standards and project schedules. This role coordinates multiple disciplines, manages on‑site teams and guarantees client expectations are met from start‑up to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily interior fit‑out activities including joinery, ceilings, walls, painting, furniture, fixtures, doors and decorative works.
• Review design drawings, shop drawings, material specifications, BOQ and schedules before execution.
• Coordinate with design, architecture, workshop, warehouse, procurement, MEP and construction teams to secure materials and technical requirements.
• Prepare and monitor site work plans, manpower allocation, installation schedules and progress against the project timeline.
• Supervise subcontractors, installers, painters, carpenters and other fit‑out workers, ensuring safety and timely completion.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and manage design changes, variations and client approvals.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, manpower and material usage records, and photo documentation.
• Prepare punch lists, coordinate defect rectification and support final inspection and client handover.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in interior fit‑out construction and furniture installation.
• Strong understanding of interior finishing works, shop drawings, BOQ, materials and installation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior and technical drawings.
• Proven site coordination, quality‑control, reporting and problem‑solving skills.
