Site Interior Project Manager – Fit-Out

About the role

Lead and manage interior fit‑out site execution to ensure that all interior works are completed according to approved designs, shop drawings, quality standards, project schedules, and client requirements. You will coordinate the site team, control materials, and ensure safety and client satisfaction throughout the project.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure interior fit‑out progress aligns with the project schedule.
• Maintain high quality of installation and minimise rework or defects.
• Complete punch‑list items and handover works on time.
• Guarantee compliance with approved drawings, material specifications, and shop drawings.
• Control material usage, protect materials on site and reduce wastage.
• Drive site team productivity, coordination, discipline and safety.
• Achieve client and internal stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in interior fit‑out construction and furniture installation.
• Strong understanding of interior finishing works, shop drawings, BOQ, materials and installation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior and technical drawings.
• Good site coordination, quality‑control, reporting and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting architectural and interior drawings.
• Knowledge of shop drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
