Desktop Support Executive

About the role

AirAsia (Cambodia) is looking for a highly motivated, customer-oriented IT Support Specialist (Desktop Support Executive) in Phnom Penh. The role provides hardware and software support for PCs, printers, telephone lines, network cables and other IT peripherals, maintains computer equipment and supports daily IT operations across domestic branches, international branches and headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software support for PCs, printers, telephone lines, network cables and other IT peripherals.
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime.
• Set up, install and configure hardware and software according to user requirements and company standards.
• Resolve technical issues quickly and manage IT assets with accurate inventory records.
• Support daily IT operations and services for domestic branches, international branches and headquarters offices.
• Monitor and report operational performance, and handle incident and service requests.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in IT Support or a similar role; minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Discretion with confidential matters, good interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
