About the role
ATACH SOLUTIONS CO., LTD. is hiring a Technician for a full-time, on-site position in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Technician manages, maintains and troubleshoots IT systems and devices, supporting clients and team members as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Install and configure hardware and software
- Diagnose technical issues
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and devices
- Provide support to clients and team members as required
Required profile
- Technical expertise in IT systems, device configuration and troubleshooting
- Ability to provide effective customer service and technical support
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work on-site in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Required skills
- Network setup and maintenance experience is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages or IT certifications is advantageous
