Demand Planning Supervisor

About the role

The Demand Planning Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Phnom Penh. You will lead demand forecasting and inventory planning to support efficient supply‑chain operations across multiple product categories and global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate demand inputs from sales, marketing and supply‑chain teams and validate forecasting assumptions.
• Prepare rolling forecasts, monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or excesses.
• Develop replenishment plans to maintain optimal inventory and service levels.
• Support production and procurement planning and drive continuous improvements in demand‑planning processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with experience in FMCG or distribution environments.
• Proven planning and production‑planning skills to create accurate forecasts and inventory plans.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under time constraints.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or similar data‑analysis tools.
• Familiarity with ERP or dedicated planning systems.
