Procurement Supervisor

About the role

ICS International School seeks a strategic and results‑driven Procurement Supervisor to lead procurement operations, support purchasing requirements and ensure value‑driven services across the school.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise procurement activities aligned with school operations and strategic objectives.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, evaluate vendors and recommend optimal purchasing solutions.
• Lead quotation analysis, market benchmarking, product evaluations and cost comparisons to achieve value for money.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, service agreements and contracts while ensuring compliance with school policies.
• Monitor supplier performance, service quality, delivery timelines and contract compliance.
• Prepare procurement plans, purchasing reports, savings reports and supplier performance evaluations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimisation and procurement efficiency.
• Supervise procurement staff, provide coaching and ensure high levels of service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing or supply‑chain operations, including supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, planning and decision‑making abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, contract administration and sourcing strategies.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of Khmer and English.
