Sales Executive – Customer Acquisition & Retention

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Viet Trans Link Forwarding Cambodia, an UPS Authorized Service Contractor. You will be responsible for growing our customer base, maintaining existing relationships, and supporting market analysis in a fast‑moving logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and sales calls.
• Provide regular market updates and sales reports to management.
• Support market and data analysis initiatives.
• Conduct business with the highest level of integrity and compliance.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the General Manager or Station Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Recent graduates or candidates with logistics knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and the local language.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
