About the role
This trainee position offers a hands‑on introduction to corporate banking and financial institution (FI) services. You will support clients on day‑to‑day enquiries, assist with KYC processes, and help facilitate tax payments, gaining exposure to a range of cash‑management products.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to corporate banking and FI clients regarding payment and cash‑management products.
- Act as liaison between the TB Helpdesk, internal stakeholders, and external partners to resolve cash‑management issues.
- Support Business Relationship Managers (BRM) with KYC tasks, including account onboarding, maintenance, and documentation handling.
- Assist BRM with administrative work related to FI clients.
- Facilitate tax payment processes for corporate banking customers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or senior university student.
- Good command of English.
- Energetic, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- High commitment and passion for banking services.
- No prior experience required.
