About the role

This trainee position offers a hands‑on introduction to corporate banking and financial institution (FI) services. You will support clients on day‑to‑day enquiries, assist with KYC processes, and help facilitate tax payments, gaining exposure to a range of cash‑management products.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to corporate banking and FI clients regarding payment and cash‑management products.
  • Act as liaison between the TB Helpdesk, internal stakeholders, and external partners to resolve cash‑management issues.
  • Support Business Relationship Managers (BRM) with KYC tasks, including account onboarding, maintenance, and documentation handling.
  • Assist BRM with administrative work related to FI clients.
  • Facilitate tax payment processes for corporate banking customers.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or senior university student.
  • Good command of English.
  • Energetic, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
  • High commitment and passion for banking services.
  • No prior experience required.
