About the role
The Order to Cash Intern will support the OTC team and the Accounting & Reporting department, helping to drive daily financial operations and ensure accurate collection processes in line with company strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Send daily email reminders to distributors for collections and verify sales collection against statements.
- Enter daily collections into the JD Edwards (JDE) system, release non‑trade sales invoices, and match receipts with invoices.
- Check credit balances by distributor and ensure no missing sell‑in data in the BASE JDE system.
- Validate that all transactions are posted correctly and reconcile AR aging reports, revenue, and guarantee deposits.
- Prepare journal entries related to the OTC stream and generate monthly sales listings for business stakeholders.
- Support month‑end reporting and ensure accurate financial data flow.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with high data‑accuracy and documentation standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work independently.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
