Audit Associate

About the role

The Audit Associate will support the planning and execution of financial audits for The Flora Group’s real‑estate and hospitality operations. This full‑time, on‑site position in Voat Phnum involves reviewing financial statements, testing controls and verifying record accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in audit planning, fieldwork and documentation.
• Review financial statements and test internal controls.
• Analyze financial data, identify variances or irregularities.
• Prepare clear working papers and audit documentation.
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams and support internal audit initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process‑improvement recommendations and periodic reporting to management.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in finance and ability to interpret financial statements.
• Experience supporting or performing audit procedures.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and high integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Knowledge of applicable accounting standards and basic tax principles.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and ability to work on‑site.
