Manager, Business Relationship

About the role

The Business Relationship Manager will lead a team of Senior Business Relationship Executives (BREs) and BREs, ensuring high performance and the achievement of loan‑related targets within a banking environment. This role combines client‑facing responsibilities with portfolio oversight and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Market, process, and review loan applications while optimizing profitability.
• Conduct credit assessments, regularly review loan portfolios, and manage risk exposure.
• Stay updated on new loan products and financial services to meet customer needs.
• Handle customer complaints and implement appropriate resolutions.
• Supervise and mentor BREs, guiding junior team members to achieve set goals.
• Monitor economic and market trends to adjust credit strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in financial activities within a bank or similar institution.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
