Technical Engineer (Networking, System & Cloud)

About the role

As a Technical Engineer you will act as the technical backbone of SIS Technology’s distribution operations, advising partners, designing solutions, running proof‑of‑concepts and delivering post‑sales support for enterprise brands such as Microsoft, AWS, Cohesity, FuriosaAI and Altai.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre‑sales technical advisory, design customized solutions and conduct demos or POCs.
• Prepare technical proposals, bill‑of‑materials and statements of work for partners.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for key vendor brands, staying current with product updates and best practices.
• Provide post‑sales support, troubleshoot escalated issues and coordinate with vendor support teams.
• Deliver technical training and workshops to enable partners to deploy and manage solutions.
• Assist partners with deployment and integration of networking, cloud and AI/Data management solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and maintain certifications relevant to cybersecurity, cloud, networking and AI.
• Ensure all technical deliverables meet enterprise‑grade quality and security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in network administration, system engineering or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in a technical distributor or systems integrator environment is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and advisory skills to work effectively with partners and vendors.
• Ability to stay current with emerging technologies in cybersecurity, cloud, networking and AI.
