C++ Engineer – Remote AI Code Reviewer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced C++ Engineer to work remotely on an hourly‑paid contractor basis. You will review AI‑generated C++ code, system designs, and technical explanations, providing high‑quality reference implementations and detailed reasoning for complex engineering problems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and responses that guide AI learning across diverse topics.
• Optimize AI performance by evaluating, ranking, and improving AI responses for accuracy, fluency, and relevance.
• Ensure model integrity by testing AI outputs for inaccuracies or biases and validating reliability across use cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of professional experience developing production C++ software for systems, performance‑critical, or large‑scale applications.
• Expert‑level proficiency in modern C++ (C++11+), including templates, move semantics, smart pointers, and the STL.
• Strong background in systems programming concepts such as concurrency, operating systems, low‑level performance optimization, and memory management.
• Hands‑on experience with C++ build systems, compilers, linkers, debuggers, and profiling or analysis tools.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency (written and spoken) with the ability to produce clear technical explanations.
• Proven experience conducting detailed C++ code reviews and enforcing coding standards for safety, performance, and maintainability.
• Comfort working with version control, CI/CD workflows, and automated testing frameworks in modern C++ projects.
