Urgent R&D Manager – Up to $3,000

About the role

S&V Cambodia Jobs is seeking an experienced R&D Manager to lead research and development initiatives for its HR and recruitment services. This urgent, full‑time position is based on‑site in Cambodia and focuses on creating innovative solutions that align with business goals and client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and oversee R&D projects aimed at improving HR and recruitment processes.
• Collect, analyse and interpret data to produce actionable reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement new solutions and monitor project outcomes.
• Manage timelines, resources and budgets for multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure innovations support strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Strong background in research and development, preferably within HR, recruitment or service industries.
• Proven team‑leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Solid project‑management experience, including planning and prioritisation.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English; Khmer or other regional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Human Resources, Engineering or related field; advanced degrees are advantageous.
