Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will work on‑site in Cambodia, supporting daily HR operations for a leading deep‑foundation and piling company. The role involves managing employee records, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee foreign employee onboarding, including quotas, work permits, employment cards, and business visas (E‑visas).
• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, personnel administration, employee relations and workforce administration.
• Implement and enforce HR policies, practices and employee benefits to ensure legal compliance and fair treatment.
• Maintain accurate employee records, performance review tracking and related administrative workflows.
• Act as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries, building trust across all organisational levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in Human Resources and HR management.
• Direct experience managing foreign worker quotas, employment cards and visa processing.
• Experience in construction, engineering or related technical industries is a strong advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
