Training Program Development and Delivery Specialist

About the role

The Training Program Development and Delivery Specialist will design, coordinate and deliver a range of training initiatives for ABA employees, including soft‑skill workshops, induction programs and refresher courses. This role ensures training materials align with ABA Bank policies and supports the overall learning strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and deliver soft‑skill training, General Induction Program and refresher sessions for new and existing staff.
• Develop and maintain training curricula, materials and records in compliance with ABA policies.
• Provide administrative support for training operations, including budgeting, supplier management and scheduling.
• Coordinate venues, external trainers and internal subject‑matter experts, and process related payments with the Accounting Department.
• Prepare monthly training calendars, reports and post‑training evaluations for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in education, training, or development.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent planning, organizational and supervisory skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office 365, Excel, Outlook).
• Functional level of English literacy and documentation competency.
