Junior/Senior HRBP Officer

About the role

The HR Business Partner Officer will support the investment project team with daily HR operations, KPI management and reporting. This role works under the Director and VP Office, ensuring accurate HR processes and timely delivery of reports.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly HR operations for investment projects, including probation, transfers, promotions, PIP, salary increments and related tasks.
• Verify and recommend actions to the Deputy HRBP Manager and consolidate monthly and annual HR reports.
• Assist in KPI setting, collection, verification and reporting for assigned projects, ensuring data accuracy.
• Check punctuality reports for multiple divisions and distribute them on time.
• Conduct site inspections of fingerprint machines, manage attendance verification for payroll processing, and enforce attendance policies.
• Produce HRBP monthly and bi‑weekly reports and maintain the department dashboard.
• Support manpower planning and organizational chart updates for the 2026 investment project.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong analytical and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent people management and understanding of HR metrics and best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
