Team Leader – Housekeeping

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to oversee daily housekeeping operations in an office environment. You will coordinate cleaning activities, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and support a team of cleaning staff.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage daily/weekly cleaning operations.
• Lead the team, assign tasks and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness standards across all assigned areas.
• Inspect work quality, provide guidance and corrective actions.
• Train and coach staff to improve performance and efficiency.
• Enforce safety procedures, including proper use of chemicals and PPE.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding cleaning requirements.
• Supervise floor‑scrubbing tasks and related activities.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning tools and equipment.
• Handle complaints related to cleaning services promptly.
• Prepare reports and update management on cleaning operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a cleaning team.
• Ability to operate all cleaning equipment safely.
• Knowledge of office cleaning procedures and plant care.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
