Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will be based on‑site in Phnom Penh and is responsible for driving room and event revenue for Crowne Plaza Phnom Penh. This full‑time position focuses on developing corporate, group and leisure accounts while building strong relationships with travel agents and key partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and prepare sales proposals, contracts and rate packages in line with IHG standards.
• Conduct site inspections, negotiate rates and packages, and manage corporate, group and MICE accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, produce regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing and Operations teams to optimise hotel performance.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales with a strong track record managing corporate, group or MICE accounts.
• Solid client relationship, negotiation and business development skills, with ability to meet sales targets.
• Experience in sales planning, forecasting and reporting using sales and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Khmer or other languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Phnom Penh and attend client visits, events and industry functions.
