Tax Senior

About the role

EY is seeking a Tax Senior to join its Cambodia team. You will work on a variety of client engagements, providing tax advice and ensuring compliance while developing your professional expertise in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple tax engagements and related activities.
• Collaborate closely with engagement teams and client personnel.
• Set and manage client expectations and deliverables.
• Mentor and coach junior staff to help them reach their full potential.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and key contacts.
• Lead firm initiatives and encourage staff participation.
• Stay current with professional development and expand technical competence.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification (Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business, Law) – ACCA/CPA or a degree in Taxation is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a professional services or corporate environment as a Tax senior.
• Strong business acumen and exceptional written and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multi‑task effectively.
• Good project‑management, interpersonal and communication skills.
