Head of Operations Strategy (Sales & Performance Focus)

About the role

ChokChey Finance Plc., a financial institution licensed by the National Bank of Cambodia, is hiring a Head of Operations Strategy. The role reports to both the COO (Khmer) and the CEO (Korean) and suits experienced professionals from backgrounds such as business management, risk management, business planning, strategy, operations excellence or transformation. The main focus is strategy development, transformation, performance optimization and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Strategy: develop and drive operations strategy and annual business plans; define operating models, branch network direction and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Capability, performance and governance: set branch capability standards and performance frameworks; strengthen KPI management, MIS reporting, dashboards and governance controls; generate business intelligence for strategic decisions.
• Transformation and change management: lead process standardization and operational improvement projects; drive digital transformation and data-driven initiatives; manage change programs with clear adoption and measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience in business management, risk management, business planning, strategy, operations excellence or transformation.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Effective communication in English.
