Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Officer supports daily recruitment operations for an assigned brand, covering candidate sourcing, interview coordination, recruitment administration and onboarding support to ensure efficient manpower fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Post job advertisements across approved recruitment platforms and sourcing channels.
• Screen applications and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.
• Handle initial candidate communication and recruitment follow-up.
• Prepare recruitment documents such as interview schedules, offer letters and onboarding checklists.
• Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases and manpower trackers.
• Support onboarding preparation and employee document collection.
• Coordinate recruitment events, walk-in interviews and employer branding activities.
• Monitor recruitment progress and escalate delayed hiring to supervisors.
• Ensure recruitment files meet company standards and support recruitment reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment, HR or administrative experience.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
