Learning & Development Manager (HR Support)

About the role

Synergy Ventures, a joint venture between tech solutions partners based in Singapore and Vietnam serving the Cambodian market, is hiring a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager. The role plans and runs training and development programmes for employees while supporting other HR activities so that HR operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs and build learning plans for different teams
• Design and manage onboarding, workshops and leadership/skills training
• Coordinate training sessions (vendors, logistics, materials) and track participation
• Use an LMS and training records to manage training schedules and reports
• Evaluate training results and improve programmes based on feedback and data
• Support general HR tasks such as onboarding coordination, HR documentation, employee communications and performance/talent initiatives as needed

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training or HR with training responsibilities
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Good knowledge of learning and training processes and basic HR practices
• Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing deadlines
