Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

This HR Supervisor position leads and supports HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle changes and terminations, while monitoring help desk requests and ensuring service levels are met. The role also coordinates with regional payroll, talent acquisition, benefits and local HR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor and monitor the performance of HR administrators
• Manage employee onboarding, employee lifecycle changes and termination processes
• Monitor help desk requests, distribute workloads and ensure SLAs and KPIs are achieved
• Handle escalations, urgent requests and employee or stakeholder concerns
• Coordinate with Regional Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Benefits and local HR teams
• Standardize HR procedures, improve efficiency and share global best practices
• Analyze help desk data, prepare operational reports and identify service improvements
• Ensure HR system data integrity, confidentiality, documentation control and compliance
• Support HR projects, transitions, operational planning and decision-making

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Up to 3 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in HR Operations, Shared Services or HR Administration
• Experience with onboarding, employee changes and termination processes
• Ability to coordinate team activities, coach colleagues and monitor performance
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, accountability, organization, adaptability and confidentiality

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
• Ability to validate HR data, analyze trends and prepare reports
