Social Media & Facebook Marketing Specialist

About the role

Steel Wire Industry is looking for a dynamic Social Media & Facebook Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence, showcase our manufacturing capabilities, and generate qualified B2B sales inquiries. You will lead the social media strategy, focusing on Facebook, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn, targeting factory owners, construction contractors, hardware distributors, and purchasing managers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with B2B lead generation goals.
• Manage Facebook Ads campaigns and Meta Business Suite to drive traffic and conversions.
• Create and publish engaging organic content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Produce short video clips using smartphone editing tools and design graphics for posts.
• Implement Messenger automation and live‑chat integrations to capture leads.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and optimise campaigns for ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 2–4+ years of experience managing Facebook Ads, organic pages, and content creation, preferably in B2B manufacturing, hardware or construction.
• Strong copywriting ability to craft clear, action‑oriented social captions.
