About the role
The Supervisor, Sales and Marketing will drive sales performance and coordinate marketing activities to increase revenue for Grand Royal Golf & Resorts and its golf clubs. This role involves planning promotions, events, and managing digital presence.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and execute marketing plans, including promotion proposals, event plans, and social media strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze improvement areas, and develop strategies to meet sales quotas.
- Coordinate with media and digital suppliers to publish PR and manage website and social media platforms.
- Track market trends, competitor information, and identify opportunities to grow market share.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Commerce, Management or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, event management, sales, and brand building.
- Strong project management, organization, and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and on a flexible schedule.
Required skills
- Knowledge of market research and analysis.
- Understanding of sales operations and reporting.
