Senior Sales Consultant – Travel Industry

About the role

Hanuman Group is seeking two experienced Senior Sales Consultants to join its travel division in Phnom Penh. You will drive sales of travel products, build client relationships, and mentor junior staff while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Create travel program proposals and quotations within agreed timelines for agency partners and customers.
• Collaborate with the Product team to suggest alternatives or develop new travel products.
• Report to senior colleagues on workflow, training needs, and price analysis.
• Support and train sales team members as needed.
• Oversee booking accuracy with the Sales and Reservations teams.
• Maintain and report agency performance metrics to management.
• Manage and report agency revenue.
• Keep supplier contracts up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Management or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• 2‑3 years of experience as a Sales Consultant, preferably in tourism.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel (including advanced functions) and Outlook.
• Critical thinking and effective communication skills.
• Budget‑planning experience is a plus.
• Understanding of successful team dynamics.
