Senior Relationship Manager

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager will work on‑site in Cambodia, leading the management and growth of a portfolio of SME clients. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, especially in anchor and green energy sectors, and delivering tailored financial solutions that meet the needs of small and medium enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and propose appropriate banking products.
• Prepare and present credit proposals, including financial assessments and risk analysis.
• Monitor account performance and ensure high service standards throughout the client lifecycle.
• Collaborate with credit, operations, compliance, and product teams to facilitate loan processing and cross‑selling.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging financing solutions such as supply‑chain, trade, and green financing.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and client‑service capabilities with a focus on long‑term partnerships.
• Experience in credit analysis, financial assessment, and preparation of loan or credit proposals for business customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Relevant experience in relationship management or business banking, preferably within the SME segment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Khmer proficiency is beneficial.
