Senior Marketing Officer – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Officer to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility and customer engagement across our restaurant outlets in Cambodia. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on implementation, working closely with design, operations and management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch integrated marketing campaigns for food and beverage promotions.
• Manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with designers and operations to ensure brand consistency and appealing customer experiences.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate online and offline marketing activities such as events, promotions and partnerships.
• Oversee customer feedback channels and support initiatives to improve service quality.
• Prepare marketing reports and deliver insights to senior management for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative, proactive and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
