Senior HR Business Partner Officer

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner Officer will support the HRBP function across multiple investment projects, ensuring accurate HR operations, KPI management, and manpower planning. This role collaborates closely with HR managers and project teams to drive effective people processes.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and process staff promotions, additional work assignments, and special increment requests following HRBP templates.
• Collect, validate, and recommend SMART KPIs for investment projects, and consolidate annual and mid‑year KPI reports.
• Gather manpower plans and org‑charts for projects, assist in analysis, and propose staffing recommendations.
• Manage attendance data for first and second salary payments, including resignations, transfers, leaves, and suspensions.
• Support the Career Advisory Club (CAC) by coordinating candidate data, promoting internal mobility, and preparing monthly and annual reports.
• Validate punctuality reports for designated divisions and distribute them on schedule.
• Prepare and submit monthly HRBP reports to the Head of HR and weekly reports for HRBP meetings, ensuring data accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong people‑management abilities and analytical mindset.
• Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience working with HR metrics and data‑driven decision making.
