Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will act as an ambassador of the bank, ensuring timely fulfillment of vacancies through comprehensive recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Execute recruitment activities including job announcements, headhunting, sourcing, and building a strong recruiter profile across online and offline channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and functional heads to consult on staffing needs and recruit suitable candidates.
• Actively source rare skilled talent, conduct first‑screening, manage interview schedules, and complete interview documentation.
• Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and support onboarding of selected candidates.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, participate in career fairs and events, and expand candidate pools.
• Follow recruitment guidelines, track performance metrics, and report accurately.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• Minimum two years of recruitment or HR experience with a proven track record.
• Excellent interviewing, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship‑building ability with hiring managers and candidates.
• Organizational, time‑management and multitasking capabilities.
• High level of confidentiality, attention to detail and accuracy.
