Senior eVendor Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior eVendor Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding businesses, service providers, and merchants to join the ABA BillZone platform. This role combines market research, relationship building, and end‑to‑end partner onboarding to expand the vendor ecosystem for digital bill collection and mini‑app services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire and nurture a diverse vendor network.
• Research and identify potential partners across sectors such as utilities, education, insurance, services, and retail.
• Promote BillZone’s value proposition, including bill payment and mini‑app integrations.
• Initiate contact, deliver product presentations, and maintain ongoing relationships with prospective vendors.
• Lead the full onboarding process: registration, documentation, account setup, and coordination with technical and legal teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure successful launch and promotion of new partners.
• Monitor vendor performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling additional ABA digital services.
• Maintain accurate records of acquisition pipelines, partner statuses, and reporting metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, banking, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, solutions, payments, or related industries.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Khmer, English, and/or Chinese is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and vendors.
