Senior Customer Service Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive to join our logistics team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and ensuring smooth shipment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, covering shipments, delivery status, rates and service offerings.
• Process orders, bookings and shipment documentation accurately, handling approximately 50 files per month.
• Prepare and verify logistics documents such as delivery orders, invoices and shipment reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to guarantee seamless shipment flow.
• Track shipment status and proactively inform customers of any delays or changes.
• Resolve complaints, claims and service issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer and shipment records in internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping or supply‑chain environments.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation and import/export operations.
• Ability to manage customer issues under pressure with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Good English reading and writing skills; speaking ability is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with logistics systems (any commercial logistics software).
