Procurement & Shipment Operator

About the role

The company is seeking a Procurement & Shipment Operator to support market exploration, supplier management and customs clearance for goods and services. The role involves coordinating with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely delivery and compliance with procurement policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in exploring new market sources for goods and services.
• Review specifications, delivery conditions and payment terms.
• Obtain supplier quotes, prepare quote analysis and secure management approval.
• Maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and service provision.
• Update supplier and price databases regularly.
• Resolve issues such as defective or damaged goods.
• Issue quotations, purchase orders or contracts for departmental approval.
• Collaborate with transport agents and customs to manage shipments and clearance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing or related field.
• 3‑5 years experience in procurement, shipment and customs clearance, preferably with Cambodian customs.
• Familiarity with procurement processes in power, energy or infrastructure sectors is an asset.
• Strong teamwork ability in a multicultural environment and under strict deadlines.
