Sales Servicing Officer – Client Support & Order Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Servicing Officer to manage client portfolios, process sales orders and ensure smooth delivery coordination. The role combines customer interaction, data management and support for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients to verify order needs, update pricing and gather information.
• Process and complete sales orders, liaise with fleet support and confirm deliveries.
• Handle inbound calls and email inquiries, resolve complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Review customer contracts for accuracy and update CRM records.
• Provide sales team with data, create tracking documentation and share lead‑generation ideas.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for sales and senior support staff.
• Collaborate with other departments and attend off‑site sales strategy training.
• Utilise Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and other data‑management tools for reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales administration or support.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, be a team player and handle weekend/holiday rotations.
• Willingness to travel and attend off‑site training sessions.
