About the role

The Store Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of an arcade‑style retail outlet, ensuring smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and effective team performance. This role combines hands‑on management of gaming equipment with strategic business oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage the daily staff schedule for the NEO team.
• Coordinate events and activities within the venue.
• Explain game rules and operation procedures to staff and patrons.
• Address patron complaints regarding machine malfunctions and return tokens when necessary.
• Notify maintenance or technicians of equipment issues and log downtime.
• Maintain records of customer and staff activity times.
• Monitor the facility to ensure peace, order, and safety.
• Mentor the Assistant Supervisor and assist in staff profiling and qualification management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an entertainment centre, arcade, or amusement park, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Strong project‑management and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated commercial focus with experience handling P&L responsibilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
