Sales Supervisor - Skin Care

About the role

The company is looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead its skin‑care portfolio across multiple channels. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of representatives, and building strong relationships with key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Personally develop and maintain key customers and business relationships.
• Lead, supervise, motivate and coach the Sales Representative team.
• Set sales targets, territories and activities for the sales team.
• Monitor team performance and take action to improve results.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis covering products, pricing, promotions, distribution and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, personal care or FMCG, with a proven track record of achieving targets.

• Advanced Excel for sales reporting and analysis.
