Catalogue Executive

About the role

The Catalogue Executive is responsible for entering and maintaining product data on the Red Ant platform, ensuring that catalog information is accurate, consistent, and readily accessible across all channels. The role works closely with sales, key‑account and merchant teams to onboard new merchants, update menus and grocery items, and improve the overall user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage data entry and support merchant onboarding onto the Red Ant platform.
• Create, edit, and revise catalog items such as food menus and grocery products to meet app specifications.
• Verify that product descriptions, prices, images and other details are accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with the sales and key‑account teams to gather complete product information before launch.
• Oversee the stock of raw and finished catalog items.
• Monitor industry trends and suggest improvements to catalog design and management processes.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce, food, or retail catalog requirements is a plus.
