Sales Officer (Team of 5)

About the role
The Sales Officer will greet and persuade customers, manage follow‑up calls and cold calls, and support the team in achieving sales targets. This position requires daily reporting and content creation for personal and official pages.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, persuade them to visit the site and conduct cold‑calling activities.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports as requested by the sales supervisor.
- Plan and create content (posts or videos) to boost personal and official pages.
- Respond to customer inquiries on both personal and official pages according to schedule.
- Meet and exceed standard activities such as prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closing sales.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree related to sales.
- At least 1 year of sales experience and general work experience.
- Strong English reading, writing and speaking abilities.
- Ability to solve technical problems, conduct research and communicate effectively.
- Hard‑working, able to work independently and as part of a team.
