Sales Consultant – Real Estate & Asset Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Consultant to join our team in Phnom Penh. You will work directly with potential and existing clients, understand their real‑estate and asset‑management needs, and guide them through our consulting and sales process. The role offers exposure to large‑scale projects across our diverse portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess their real‑estate and asset‑management requirements.
• Present tailored solutions, prepare proposals, and conduct site visits.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow‑up to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support project implementation and meet sales targets.
• Contribute to business development activities and long‑term relationship building.

Required profile

• Strong sales and consulting abilities with a focus on client needs.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven experience in sales, real‑estate, or asset‑management is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh, manage time effectively and handle multiple engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using CRM tools for client management.
