Sales Supervisor – Drive Sales & Lead Team

About the role

Luminar Care (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., a newly established beauty and personal care company, is seeking a results‑driven Sales Supervisor to lead its sales team and boost market share in Cambodia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Maintain and grow key customer relationships across retail, modern trade, traditional trade, beauty shops, pharmacies, distributors and wholesalers.
• Lead, motivate and coach the Sales Representative team, setting targets, territories and activities.
• Monitor team performance, analyse market trends and competitor activity, and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other departments on promotions, product launches and sales initiatives.
• Prepare and report sales performance, market information and competitor updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 3–5+ years of sales experience in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, personal care or FMCG, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Experience managing or supervising a sales team.
• Fluency in Khmer and professional proficiency in English.
