About the role
The Insurance Specialist provides life insurance solutions to the bank's clients, working closely with branch sales and service teams to meet protection and long‑term saving needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide life insurance solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with branch sales and service teams to deliver innovative product solutions.
- Strengthen long‑term client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or college degree preferred.
- Experience in bancassurance sales preferred; sales or customer‑service experience in banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality or IT also considered.
- Self‑driven, highly motivated and open to continuous learning.
Required skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and solution‑building capabilities.
