Relationship Manager, Deposit & Services

About the role

The Relationship Manager, Deposit & Services will drive product development, sales and marketing strategies for corporate and high‑net‑worth individual clients. The role focuses on building a strong market network, delivering presentations, and managing client relationships to maximise cross‑selling opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement product, selling and marketing strategies for corporate and key individual banking segments.
• Build market network and approach potential corporate and high‑value individual depositors, promoting KHQR‑UPI and payroll/payment services.
• Conduct sales presentations, manage existing client relationships and identify cross‑selling opportunities across all financial products.
• Assist the Branch Manager in setting sales targets, coaching the sales team and monitoring competitor activities.
• Maintain client base records, sales pipeline reports and stay updated on AMK’s products and market propositions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, micro‑finance or related business operations, preferably with SME, commercial or high‑profile individual clients.
• Strong relationship network with SME and high‑profile customers is an advantage.
• High energy, able to motivate staff and drive business momentum.
• Good written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
