Chief Commercial Officer

About the role

The Chief Commercial Officer will lead Y Chhe Group’s commercial strategy across sales, marketing and customer relationships, driving revenue growth and long‑term profitability in Cambodia’s construction market.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the overall commercial strategy, including sales, pricing and key‑account management.
• Identify strategic partnerships, new market opportunities and expand product portfolios such as steel, cement and roofing.
• Monitor market intelligence, economic indicators and competitor activity to adapt strategies and report insights to senior management and the board.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and internal teams to streamline commercial processes and enhance customer service.
• Lead, mentor and develop high‑performing commercial teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction materials, manufacturing or heavy B2B sectors.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue and leading large, cross‑functional teams.
• Deep understanding of the Cambodian construction and real‑estate market dynamics.
• Fluent in Khmer and English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
